What methods are available for hazardous waste disposal?
Hazardous wastes are generated by companies in the production process. In the past, these hazardous wastes were discharged directly, where there were rivers. But the country are very important to environmental protection, any indiscriminate discharge of enterprises will be severely punished, so enterprises can not be discharged at will without hazardous waste disposal. So what are the methods of hazardous waste disposal? These methods are as follows:
(1) Oil/water, hydrocarbon/water mixture or emulsion
After heating, the waste liquid is settled in a sedimentation tank, and the upper oil layer is separated into the tank, which can be used directly as kerosene. The lower layer is flocculated with aluminum chloride. After filtering by filter press, it is sent to landfill for sanitary landfill.
(2) Waste acid and waste alkali
Waste acid and alkali solution is neutralized with waste sulfuric acid solution to generate sulfate, which is concentrated and crystallized to get sulfate.
(3) Waste organic solvents Waste organic solvents are mainly the reaction residues produced in the process of synthesis, cracking, separation, decolorization, catalysis, precipitation, distillation, etc. of organic solvents. Waste organic solvents are pumped into the distiller through the raw material tank for distillation. Distillation, heating reflux, distillation at the top of the tower. Extract the corresponding organic solvent.
(4) Add the zinc-containing waste solution into the acidification kettle, then add hydrochloric acid to control the pH to about 3.5. After the reaction, filter the filtrate, add potassium chloride suan to remove iron ions and manganese ions to get the filtrate (containing iron oxide and a small amount of manganese oxide), then add barium chloride to remove sulfate, and filter to get barium sulfate. The filtrate is concentrated, crystallized and dried to obtain the product zinc chloride.
(5) Distillation residue (refining, distillation)
Distillation residue (refining, distillation) is pumped from the raw material tank area to the distillation tower for distillation treatment. The raw material gas from the top of the tower will be cooled by the cooler to get the product, which will be packed into storage after passing the inspection. The waste generated at the bottom of the tower will be sent to a qualified unit for incineration, and a small amount of sewage will be sent to the company's internal sewage treatment station for treatment and discharge after passing.
(6) Waste containing ether
According to the nature of the material, the pH value of the material will be adjusted to neutral by neutralizing kettle, then the neutralized material will be settled in the secondary sedimentation tank (dehydration or de-slagging), then poured into the raw material storage tank, and then pumped into the raw material storage tank by the raw material storage tank. Into the distillation kettle, heating reflux, temperature control, the top of the tower product distillation, the bottom of the kettle waste sent to incineration.
(7) According to the nature of the material, waste halogenated organic solvents through the neutralization kettle to adjust the pH of the material to about 6-7, and then the neutralized material in the secondary sedimentation tank precipitation (dehydration or out of slag) into the raw material storage tank, and then the raw material is stored in the raw material storage tank. The tank is put into the distillation kettle, heating up the reflux, controlling the temperature, the product at the top of the tower is distilled, and the waste at the bottom of the kettle is sent for incineration.
(8) Waste mineral oil
Waste mineral oil is precipitated in the settling tank, filtered and put into the raw material storage tank, then put into the distiller from the raw material storage tank, heated up and refluxed to control the temperature. The waste at the bottom is sent to incineration. (9) Dye and paint waste
This hazardous waste disposal of dyes and paint waste is mainly waste paint. The recycled waste paint is dissolved in solvent, stirred well with a high-speed mixer, ground with a ball mill and filtered with a filter to obtain a semi-finished primer, which is then filled with the corresponding resin and filler to improve the grade of the product.
(10) n-butyl o-ammoniaji benzoate
With concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, n-butyl o-aminji benzoate and n-butanol undergo esterification reaction to produce n-butyl o-aminji benzoate and a small amount of water. After drying, it enters the distillation column for distillation to get the product.
(11) Organic resin waste
The recovered waste resin is first filtered and distilled under reduced pressure to get resin, and the generated solid waste is sent to qualified units for hazardous waste disposal and incineration.
